Emerging Love at NFTNYC and Times Square

Since 2021, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to attend NFTNYC — thanks initially to my dear friend and collector John Manning, who introduced me to NFTs through the charity project Kindred Hearts. That first experience opened the door to an inspiring community and countless creative possibilities.

Over the years, I’ve been honored to speak at NFTNYC three times and exhibit my art twice at the main event — not to mention participating in countless side events along the way!

This year feels bittersweet. For the first time, I am not there in person, as I’ve chosen to focus on other priorities and investments after relocating back to Brazil in January. But earlier this week, I received news that fills my heart: my art will once again be showcased at the main event — and on the iconic Times Square screens! While this is my third appearance on Times Square, it’s the first time my work has been selected by the main event organizers, which makes it especially meaningful.

Times Square – June, 2025

The piece selected is an animated version of my original Emerging Love. I couldn’t be more thrilled that this artwork, celebrating queer love, is lighting up Times Square during Pride month!

And it was also displayed at the NFTNYC main event.

Thanks to the team for including me again, and a big shout-out to my friends who were kind enough to send me photos!
